Are Gals Complicated N Guys Clueless !??

One of my friends said GIRLS ARE TOO COMPLICATED TO UNDERSTAND !!!! He went on….saying ..they r like math , they r always confused particularly when it comes to relationships . They think n act completely different for us!
I retorted saying we r not complicated.. we only seem complicated when people dont listen to what we say.. u jst have to try understanding us n most guys r not willing to do tat … so its all !!
The argument heated up….n he drove it ahead telling .. Y do girls think tat putting up some air of mystery is a good thing? "You can't understand us, we r too complex.".. Y wd u want to b more complex than guys? Is there some kinda competition here tat u didn't tell us about? And what do u get if u win ... guys avoiding u?

Well i said..Nobody is complicated. Even math n science r complicated.. but we understand them with a bit of workin around.. girls r not complicated.. its jst tat everybody wants to understand everything at d first go n tats what makes them think they r complicated.....u jst gotta be smooth n stay tuned for quite some time...

He accounted bak articulating.. I will no more try to understand gals n what they want from a guy? Finally he disclosed d words of his heart …n narrated me ..
Since one year until some weeks back… I was going out with a girl. So I said to myself,Now I’ll try my best to understand my girlfriend. She was a decent girl n I thought she wanted a good guy. I did all on earth to be a good person, a good n loving guy. I would be there when she needed me on MSN Messenger, I would send her d most loving n sincere words by mail. I would make sure to be there when she needed me. I tried my very best : being sincere, being the one she wanted me to be. In fact everytime I changed myself in accordance to what she would be wanting from me. Just to make her happy. That really depressed me coz I tried everything to understand her but couldn’t. Then some weeks back, I could no more…. I pull the plug off and told her I’m going away. I don’t know what? What girls really want from us ??

Guys should be gals to really know who they are. That’s why there’s no way to understand them and why I gave up trying to understand them n I feel better now because I gave up trying to understand girls.

Are gals really tat complicated? This isnt quite knotty n not an unending conundrum …

Man/Woman control panel. This is from a guy's perspective ..Its really hillarious !! Don't u jst hate graphics like this??

But seriously though, there r different gals as well as different guys, some r smarter, some r less smart, I don't think we r really all tat complicated ..however, it's nice to have the 'female logic!' excuse for almost any illogical statements u make :P

It's all too complicated
To explain in a verse
It'll take many to explain
What i gotta say….

For Guys,Gals r always complicated
Never make up their mind
They confuse u to hell
Even when u think they're one of a kind

For Gals,Guys r always complicated
Doesn't matter how u look at it
They betray ur friendship
And give u nothing….

Everything in life is complicated
U'll notice over d days
U’ve got too many problems
And many people who annoy....

Apparently, females tend to have a larger corpus callosum than males, which is a part of d brain which connects d two hemispheres. Females r more able to balance d emotional n logical sides of their brain. Males only tend to see things in black or white.
Well well .. unlike boys .. I say tat one can understand gals ..A gal only wants attention, care n a pinch of love frm a guy. Gals r not complicated to understand...Give them time, they will return to u lil later if they really like u :P
If u r trying too hard to please them, forgetting to b who u really r…then its totally incorrect. Be urself n if they don’t like tat then they r not for you anyway. Sooner or later u’ll find someone who wants u n not d imaginary person whom u think they want.
All I wanna say is….Guys n Gals need to have their own space to maintain their masculinity n femininity respectively.

Getting anger over someone of opp gender, pondering.. U see things vertically n he does the same horizontally n then getting in to arguments n taking offense , is not the most effective thing to focus on. It's like focusing on things that doesn't matter.
What does matter is ..how guys n gals treat each other n when made an error in judgment, recognize it n commit to do better.Guys n Gals constitute a "whole" when working in harmony.U cant appreciate dark without light, up without down, inner without outer, brutality without tenderness.

He’ is d engine with d raw horsepower n ‘She’ is the microprocessor that keeps it all working to maximum efficiency.Neither is better, but both r complimentary n necessary for balance.

Get to know d person of d opposite gender n appreciate him/her for their unique strengths.

Now lets pin our ears to d fabulous trak...Boys like girls -The Great Escape :)

POVERTY, A cause….A journey with no applause!

Today, we live wid more awareness n concern abt global poverty than @ any time in our world's history. More than ever, people can see or read abt swollen stomachs of hungry children.

It is d very improvement in d economic well being of hundreds of millions of people tat raised d world's consciousness abt poverty n inequality. Until a few hundred years ago, almost everyone experienced material poverty. Few saw themselves as poor relative to their neighbors n hardly any were comfortable enough to worry whether other people had enough food, clothing n shelter. Rising incomes created d large middle classes tat could worry abt d hungry n expose d poor to wat 'ey lacked. In addition, economic growth n technological change fueled d expansion n accessibility of mass communication tat makes poverty n income disparities readily observable not only in d rich countries but in many poor countries as well.

This growing recognition of world poverty n inequality is significant, but so too r questions abt d realities of material hardships n material wealth. Wat are today's levels of poverty n inequality? Are 'ey increasing or decreasing? Answering these questions is a complicated task, though far less complex than determining d causes of poverty n inequality n d effects of domestic n international policies.

Life is sweet to some
To others ,it is sour..
Yet many lie in pain
And others gaze in disdain

Poverty comes with its gain
And wealth also its pain
Turn ur heart, oh dear one!
Wipe the tears of my beloved

For we all r one
United with the string of life
Help the dying poor
Help the thirsty one !!

U never know
Who u reach out to today
May help u too the next day….

Here's a poem dedicated to all the destituted children n guttersnipes..

Oh lil gal !!!! dont look at me,
with those docile feeble eyes,
Don't stretch ur hands,
For a few pennies n compassion from me....
stanf aha
Don’t let ur parents teach u,
How to beg in front of the wealthy,
How to pick food from the bins,
And how to exert urself to survive on this land.
stanf aha
Impulse ur hand to hold a pen,
And revitalize ur future with it!!
Elevate ur voice, not to plead for money,
But to claim for education!!
stanf aha
Don’t let ur past dictate ur future,
U were not born to survive amid dust n dirt.
Y do u need sympathy at all??
When even cripple live a decent living.
stanf aha
Fight for urself, fight for all those,
Who r victims of hunger n poverty.
Fight against those who dishonor ur hopes n dreams,
U have every starboard to Happiness, Freedom n Education.

TEACH WITH YOUR "HEART"....To make a way for Freedom Writers

Freedom Writers based on the best selling book “ The Freedom Writers Dairy “ by 150 teen freedom writers wid Erin Gruwell . As an idealistic twenty-three-year-old English teacher at Wilson High School in Long beach, California, Erin Gruwell confronted a room of “unteachable, at-risk” students. One day she intercepted a note with an ugly racial caricature, n angrily declared tat this was precisely the sort of thing tat led to d Holocaust—only to be met by uncomprehending looks. So she n her students, using d treasured books Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl n few more as their guides, undertook a life-changing, eye-opening, spirit-raising odyssey against intolerance n misunderstanding. They learned to see d parallels in these books to their own lives, recording their thoughts n feelings in diaries n dubbing themselves the “Freedom Writers” in homage to d civil rights activists ..

Freedom Writers stars Academy Award winner Hilary Swank as Erin Gruwell, the impossibly naive and fresh-faced white girl from a wealthy Southern California suburb who wants to make a difference in d world by teaching in a gang zone . Initially, she fails to command d respect from these kids, who can’t see how education is goinna help ‘em in their lives mired in violence. But after Gruwell catches d students passing around a racially derogatory drawing, she starts to get real with 'em n finds a way to start teaching ‘em things 'ey really need to know..
The script was written and directed by Richard LaGravense n his decision to present d violence these kids endure , stands him in gud stead. The movie opens with disturbing footage from d LA riots, moves swiftly to a gang killing, and repeatedly immerses u in harsh slices of the kids’ lives. By doing so, LaGravanese earns d power of Grunell’s impact.. rather than just showing us teenagers in colored baggy pants wid bad attitude .

Erin's love for these "loser" kids helps them to, first, love themselves, then love their "enemy" classmates, and, finally, love n cherish d opportunity 'ey have to rise above their circumstances .

She really inhabits d role of tirelessly optimistic n dedicated Erin Gruwell right down to her pearl necklace and peppy sweater. The supporting cast all do their parts well. And d trauma the kids endure n the extent to which Gruwell goes to help ‘em r all pretty impressive!!

It’s a film wid many touching moments. But d one tat hit me hard, was a quote from one of d class’s staunchest kids. When he was asked as “what he dared to hope ?“…his retort was … “To be eighteen.”
It’s not a smooth picture n it certainly has its faults, but wid such strong performances n a tear jerking message, the heart of d matter comes barreling through its rickety structure.
Watch the Trailer :

I saw almost similar class room atmosphere @ Barringer High school ,park ave, NJ where i used to tutor 11th n 12th grade students in math. Many of ‘em were in to gangs, their behavior in d class n attitude towards life was pathetic.

Though the school administration carried out many programs to bring in some change among ‘em …by conducting presentations abt gang awareness n other activities….but I can say none of these programs dint give any positive outcome ..the dirty one’s remain d same .. I used to ponder as Y the Federal govt of US is spending millions of dollars for these “loser” kids, who can never change ??

I got to watch this movie a couple of months ago n it really had a major influence on me … Then I realized tat each n every one of ‘em had an odyssey of their own..n a reason for ‘em being so ….Basically many of ‘em r homeless or their parents r involved in crimes..n many of ‘em r brought up wid an outlook tat being in gangs would give ‘em fame n wealth instead of studying which may not give ‘em all tat..

It’s not d first good inspirational film in d realm of urban education: “Stand and Deliver,” “Coach Carter” to name a few! But its quite deserving of ur interest. The way she tried to bring ‘em across the bridge n teach ‘em tat education is a gr8 liberating force n wil equalize d playing field by making ‘em pen down d words to leap off the page abt their experiences. I strongly feel , it should b for use in d class.
The theme these kids carry is awe-inspiring !! It's titled "I have a Dream " n it goes this way ...
I got a dream
[One day]
We gonna work it out oh oh
We gonna work it out oh oh
We gonna work it out..
I got a dream
tat one day
all of the people n myself
r gonna find a better way
My dream is to b free
my dream is to b free...
A search for brighter days
I ride thru d maze of d madness
struggle is my address
where pain n crack lives
gunshots coming from sounds of blackness
given this game with no time to practice
Born on d blacklist
told I'm a little average
A life with no cabbage
that's no money
if you're from where I'm from
funny,
I just want some of urs son
dark clouds seem to follow me
I walk wid a boulder on my shoulder
it's a cold war
I'm a colder shoulder
I fight d same fight tat made Martin Luther, the king
I ain't usin' it for the right thingin-Between lean n d fiends
hustle n d schemes..
I put together pieces of a dream
I still have one
I am happy.I am happy
I got a dream[One day]
We gonna work it out oh oh
We gonna work it out oh oh
We gonna work it out
Finally kudos to the director for taking this to the screen with gritted teeth n determination to teach something worthwhile ..

Your Generosity can make Someone's Day!

On june 12,'07....We were getting back home after havin a luncheion @ my frds place. On our way back ..we were stuck @ Panjagutta crossroads, Hyd. A lil gal ,dressed up scruffily, knocked on my window n broke in to simper. I smirked bak at her..She wanted some money in exchange to beautiful scenic posters tat she was selling. I asked her, “how much?” she replied, “five rupees”. I was lookin for 5 rupees in my wallet n asked my brother if he had 'em. He didn’t have 'em either. I had a 20 rupee bill n i handed it over to the gal. She wanted to give bak the remaining amount to me. Meanwhile the traffic signal showed up green n we had to raise the gear n drive ahead..

After few mins , we were again struck at the nxt immediate signal .....And we were surprised to see the gal ,when she knocked our window again . she took a deep breath n smiled ..then she said u dint take bak ur change. i was flabergasted as she made it to us by runnin along the car..I asked her to keep the change as i was moved by the pain she took to reach us jst to give bak the balance amount . I wasn’t going to lose anything by being a lil magnanimous. In fact the gals face lightened up when I asked her to keep the change. My dad would have been happy to know that his 15 rupees went for a meaningful cause instead of spendin 'em for my junk food or smthg . ...... All i can say is " Being generos can make someone’s day. "

That 'smile 'of the lil gal touched me ...n made me feel tat i must n its my responsibility to help someone in a small or big way if i get a chance to ....

I was in to small social service kinda activities from my skool days ..
When I was in Rosary Convent , Hyd. I was an active member in the social service club n we were working for "Divya Disha Organisation" .They provide services for many homeless children, rag pickers, child labour . Our part was to make simple poster prestentations n throwin light on few issues in society wid 'em n also teach 'em simple math . We used to visit their place once or twice in a month ..I can tell u tat all these children want is someone to come up to 'em , talk to 'em about their lives ..as hw they r ? wat they do ? jst b nice wid 'em ....they dont expect huge amounts of currency from us. ..I remember playin wid 'em dumbsharats n other small games .. n listening to their experiences.... Truly speaking , We used to enjoy those few hours of interaction wid 'em . I can tell u tat many of 'em were bright students n quick learners.

There are many lil things tat we can do to make this world a much more beautiful place for everyone to live in. So lets all take initiative to do something atleast wid in our reach to help d needy from this moment ..n help in generating million watt smiles on their faces ...
